Well,In the past if you you needed the toilet you simply hopped on your bike cycled to a convenient toilet ,used it and cycled back to where you left off.Reports are comming in of the non drivers in P&L needing to answer the call of nature not being able to find the driver and having to relieve themselves in foot paths and peoples gardens.One girl found herself having to squat in an alley !!!!Nice one Royal Mail. This jobs bad enuff with out putting us in this sort of situation.Forget P&L it is causing more problems than it is solving

Maybe it's just me but I can easily last 5 hours without needing to relieve myself but even then, you should be able to hold on for the 30/40 minutes it takes to finish a loop

Well Your a lucky man,I know of one guy who can barely last an hour.He doesnt get any advance warning either!!!!!!

Maybe it's just me but I can easily last 5 hours without needing to relieve myself but even then, you should be able to hold on for the 30/40 minutes it takes to finish a loop

I don't know about embarrassing but it is worrying.I've just returned to work following 12 weeks off sick after I kept going every 20 mins or so,I was diagnosed with bladder stones which have now been removed,I went sick when I actually wet myself on the fourth floor of a block of flats.

The operation looks to have been a success as I have done 4 x 4.5 hour delivery spans this week without the need to go to the toilet,but I would recommend seeing the doctor as there maybe other complications.

You can damage your prostate by not going to thr toilet at regular intervals. P&L guys you need to inform Health and safety.

You certainly can,the option was there to remove my prostate gland as well as the bladder stone,thankfully my prostate gland was found to be in a healthy condition.

Vicious circle Boys and Girls. Bloody Hot weather RM tell you to make sure you drink enough, and then you need a Pee! Personally doesn't bother me I'm on duties with quite a few bushes so it's fairly easy, but I have been in a few estates where you just seem to be surrounded by windows!

I believe RM's position is, "Ask friends or family if you can use their toilet", that's OK if you live where you Deliver but how many of us travel to our DOs?
