saturday what time does your DOM go home

i was moved onto a smaller duty today back to the office 12.10 pm which makes a nice change,found out that the DOM went home 10.30 am,not bad considering hes on pay until 13.00 pm.

Has anyone known a DOM or other depot manager to be "grassed up" to higher management levels for going home significantly early?
If so, any idea if disciplinary action was taken?

DOM dosent work Saturdays at my D.O Line manager runs the show and goes home anytime from 1030 to 1130 although today he stayed till just gone 1pm. What time he is paid to how many hours a week he is due to work and what level of freedom he has on how he spreads his hours across the week Ive no idea. RLE duty gets a leadership allowance to cover the last couple of hours on Saturday and locking up the D.O.

Don't have a DOM on a Saturday, instead we get an ex phg grade from callers office who has his 15 minutes of fame and control freak fix.
