World Class Mail audit

Had what they refer to as a WCM Audit in our office today.Our managers(?) wearing ties and lots of people in expensive looking suits studying our many cardboard notice boards with their strange words like 'poka yoke' 'ganga' and 'muda-man'. A lot of pointing and nodding of heads.
They seemed particularly impressed with the revelation that if our machine operators put the sequenced mail on the delivery frames instead of delivery officers taking it from the yorks it saves the business 1000's of £'s a year. Well thats our pension deficit solved then !!!!
