The Union has a habit of summarising agreements and sending these summaries out to the membership to vote on.

Members deserve to see management's final offers.

Recently, the Union has been made to look bad because management exploited a summary f**k up and used this mistake to cut the pay of at least one worker.

This case highlights the lengths that POL management will go to to cut costs to achieve their objective of making POL self financing. This objective has not been agreed by the people of this country and their representatives.

This case is an embarrassment for the Union but it should not be covered up. MPs will be written to in the next few days.
