At our place they all go in a big container.......processing guys are pissed off that they have to fill it up...but then they are payed to dispose of them...saw it earlier...must have been over 7 foot high....all from local area..absolute joke!

the D2Ds were not done on my day off this week , having done the rest of the weeks ,i refused to do them as the cover on my rest day couldn't be bothered to do them and the lino had not checked that they had been done .


strangely they were under my bench this morning waiting to be done ,but had vanished when i returned ,so i wonder where they have gone ????, asi have not touched them .

The fairies come in overnight and take them away - well that's what I've been told.

There's some real piss takers in our office but the managers don't seem to care.

One guy said his went missing over the weekend and even though there were plenty of 'spare' ones that could have been used the lino said don't worry about it.

Got my boxes one morning only to find a stray one in there with the label ripped off, told lino and he said that's the second one this morning. They could have easily gone round and checked whose they were but didn't bother.

As mentioned here, day off covered on OT so none get done and the D2D sheet isn't signed - nothing done.

Its amazing RM get any door to door business at all given the amount that dont actually get delivered. As a customer paying for this service (which I imagine is a chunky bit of anyones marketing budget,,especially Farmfoods !!) I would feel well ripped off. The main problem IMO is weak managers who dont like confrontation. It cant be that difficult to police especially when you discount walking between frames making bland statements about taking D2Ds and trying to look menacing (unsuccessfully !) Linos its individuals that dont take em,,,,Grow a pair and confront the issue and people may actually think your doing your job
