wtll today, weve already had our revision, failed badly, dundee east do, since dec, things have moved at a snails pace, we asked about 4 day weeks, 9 day f/nights etc when the new re evaluated duties come in.
Today, the clown who is temp in charge told us, because we had previously agreed on a 5 day rotating day off, as well as the business making up part timers to full time, we cant have anyone on 4 day weeks etc, so we are stuck wi what weve got,
its a disaster, we have no rep in office,there is little unity, any hope for those of us that wanted a 4 day week?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

]no one knows at mt pleasant what the new shifts are.and they wanna bring them in in july.this yearthe royal mail is shockingly bad.,at giving out info to its staff.ie. we dont care bout you
