Revenge on awkward customer storys

We all have those dam awkward customers on our duty.. thought it would be fun to tell our best revenge storys.. i need a laugh as its slowly creeping round to monday morning

MY STORY

Customer had rung up complaining several times over a period of months.. Everything from leaving a p739 when they were in to walking over garden to not shutting gate.. Off course my dim sticks up for the customer without even hearing my side and loves giving us staff a grilling.. Anyway one day last week this dam annoying customer (who lives at the end of my round) came and found me at the begining of my 5 and a half hour round asking if i had a special delivery they were waiting for.. I said yes i have a special delivery for them and i would get it to them before 1pm as guaranteed! They explained that they needed this special delivery now as they were going on holiday.. I had extreme pleasure in explaining that i cannot under any circumstances hand mail or special deliverys out to public in the street.. after a heated 2-3 minute conversation with this irate customer i just walked off whistling "always look on the bright side of life" before wishing them a good day.

Moral of the story is off course bide your time and all good things come to those who wait..

I will echo that, but it is because the OP followed the rules to the letter that the complaining customer was served with a dish of "Postie's Revenge"

i use to know someone who would take the stamps off customers mail so they would be charged for that item

Ah now this is right up my street, I can't mention some of the revenge things i have done on here,
but, hey, don't p**s off the Vigilante!!!

This is going back a few years,
i'd not been on the round that long, but i had a foreign "gentleman" who would stand on his doorstep as i entered his close,
i would deliver the opposite side of his close first and loop around, delivering his mail at the end (not out of spite, just how it was set out),
he would always try to beckon me over and demand his mail there and then, he would always make snide remarks about getting his mail late and how he is missing items of mail "was i delivering to the correct houses" etc ! really patronizing,
i was getting severly p***ed off
until one day, he was again stood at his door, his private hire taxi was on the drive with it's engine running,
he shouted at me that he wanted his mail, as i was making him late for work, i ignored him and continued around the close,
i get to his house, he's stood there glaring at me, as i was handing over his mail, i noticed one was a giro and it was in his name
what he didn't know, was my sister (at the time) worked for the DHSS,
lets just say that a while after that, he was getting one less brown envelope every 2 weeks.

After starting a new walk the previous colleague being a bit of a fly boy I was over the moon to get a christmas tip from the most awkward person on the delivery!
