Not in my office - all walks are the same and we have had input to make that as close as possible.

FTimers PTimers and waysiders have all had an input -

TBH if they are 30 year men then they should know how to play the game and do the daily dance with the managers, most PTimers wont have the years in to do it. Not saying that its right, it aint, but the FT long service guys should be able to fight it better than the short service PTimers.

However, we are seen as a militant office so perhaps that helped.

have a break i have been doing it all week only one in office and feel all conquering pisses them off big time

easier said than done when you have alot of strike breakers and selfish pr**s in one office.you can tell people to stand up for themselfs you you carnt make them. then when everbody else is wanting to get off and finished early what can they do
