£1000 CS payment for revisions.

Reading this weeks Courier.....It says on front page.

the buisness will keep the £1000 promise if performance targets are met.

On page 2...My view, Moya Greene....it says

We will keep the promise if we meet our targets.

Is it just me or does that sound like RM no longer intend to pay out this money on deployment of revisions, as stated in the agreement.
If so how many revisions do they think will be agreed on that basis, or is it back to EA in DO's?

£350 is what ive been told we will be getting from the shares. last month the value was £500 but now company been valued its dropped.

the shares were valued at £550 last month but have dropped to £350 this will be confirmed within 2 weeks .
the £200 pound thats dropped ive been told is because thats what there using to pay for local van share payments

Scare mongering....
I am not scare mongering only asking the question, as far as RM are concerned are the triggers for bouns payments still what the agreement said, deployment of revisions. This weeks Courier gives me reason to believe they are moving the goal posts, and it's not like they don't have form for this!
Really don't have anything else to back up what i think though.

It could be a misunderstanding on my part, when they say "targets are met" they could mean revisions deployed including implamenting P&L.
If they mean revisions deployed fine.Thats a very strange way to word it though.

It's not a massive leap of faith to see that as bonuses being withheld until targets are met.

I keep seeing this allusion to targets BUT I don't believe I have actually seen any evidence of what those targets are.........I'm sure ft will have a copy of the confirmation from someone or other that the revisions will not be led by savings etc but be evaluated on fair and achievable workloads.. .........of course that was pre Moya....there is now a target regime....................maybe someone could publish them so that we would know exactly how far short we are falling and where.................I mean personally I am crap but the strange thing is they pay me the same as good people
