What is the latest date for the start of the revision?

Is there a date when offices have to implement the revision? In my husbands office, although everyone has signed for their new duties and their hours have been sorted out, every week the DOM says "next week" and the next week "next week" ???? How long can they do this for, everybody in the office is really fed up, no one seems to care if walks go out or not or what they leave behind.

Sounds like most places after the new revisions.

Your husband and his colleagues in my opinion, are better off without one of these revisions, every time they push it back a week they are a week better off.
