Hi All,
I am trying to find out what was offered back when the shares were given to us?
Was it a gimmick on the managements part to pacify the workforce?
I've taken a key point from the big booklet we all got....and I quote....
'Four years from now you will be able to sell your shares back to company, so with luck and hard work there's a nice little nest egg to look forward to'
One good thing for me is that I've lost less than a full timer!! Pro Rata, I've only lost 70% of nothing, whereas the full timers have lost all of the nothing!!
So does anyone know what we were offered back in 2007?
If so could they fill in the settlements for each year below....
2005
2006
2007
2008
2009 - No pay rise

Initially the share value was supposed to have been £5,000 on maturity, but they aren't real shares they are phantom colleague shares, and the RM were always going to manipulate this figure which turns out they have.
