Payment for scheduled attendance overtime - its as I understand it 2 x 2 weeks worth of the average SA you do to compensate for holidays or seomething.

SA is again as I understand it should be Voluntary regular overtime that is part of a duty that is compulsory - in other words you volunteer to do the SA but once you do its compulsory unless you give them the agreed notice.
