I think my car might need big repair job or replacing. So the managers will have to work harder next week.

I think we are due to 600 pounds from colleague shares next month, possibly 400 pounds for group profits (assuming this is correct) in May and 200, 600, 200 pounds in the late summer/early autumn for those revisions changes due in early august in my office.

Am I right as I will need to work out what the best option for car.

Your best option would be not to rely on any of those payments(especially group profits as it no longer exists) and look at alternative ways to finance the repairs/new car.
The payment of colleagueshares is dubious and which kind of revision or even if they will go ahead in their present form is questionable.

Its a bit late for this course of action, but the best thing you can do for the future is join commsave credit union ( http://commsave.co.uk/page/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ), I save with them direct from my pay ( so I can't spend it before I can get to the bank ), and I've bought a motorbike and a couple of cars ( including my current shed bought in a rush after I wrote off my last one ) with their loans.

As for right now, imo you'll have to risk buying a shed out of ebay, Friday Ad, Autotrader, etc

Why will the managers have to work harder because your car is f****d?
Are you are using your car for delivery? if you are tough s**t

Or is it just that without your car, you can't turn up for work. Making the Manager find some other way of getting your mail delivered.

or get your manager to pick you up in the morning and walk to you dutie.
