Revision and 318's

Ok NR5 has now decided that 14 March is the "go live" date for the revised walks, everybody has signed for their walks but one week to go and nobody has been told what start and finish times they are actually doing? Does anybody know if this is happening in other offices or are they still doing their "old" hours or does anybody know what is going on in this respect?

All the frames have been changed and the fillets (? spelling) could be overtime next Saturday afternoon and Sunday to go go go on the Monday but neither the planner nor the DOM have got the new start and finish times?

yes it does, in fact its needs to be accurate and updated for the revision, its actually part of the process

318s are updated on duty management system to give an output of hours required against sub code headings for the rcs system and also for input into the indoor workload tool, the 318s and walklogs are the starting building blocks of the revision, you just might find that your dom doesnt want you to see the new 318 that could be the problem!

The rep should and staff should have seen the DUTY BUILDER it's like the old 318 and it has every minute of your duty logged you must must see it BEFORE the changes start get on to it and be quick !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so my husband has done 14 years, he is 62 and is going to do 20 hours, he started as a full-time reserve 14 years ago, is now 21 in senority in the office but is going to have to go back to being being a reserve, covering three duties, in fact one of the duties is the one started on as a reserve 14 years ago. Well we all know how much people leave behind (clear frame policy ha ha) when they are having next day off, so my OH is going to take everything out of the frame that is left and clear the frame and then start afresh for the day he is doing it. Sure the DOM will love that. But my point for the thread is still they do not know what time they will start and finish, my OH opted not to sort because in the past most of the office would be "throwing off their own walk" while he was left sorting on his own.

Been on P and L since November.
A couple of weeks ago when we got back in on Fri afternoon managers had left notes on our fittings telling us our start times were altering from the following Monday.
No notice,no discusion,nothing.Just this is it,get on with it.
Start times now vary from 6.15 to 7.30 depending what day off you have.

Erm think you will find on all the 318s the term as directed, so dom could always tell you what to do, they do exist and they are all being updated prior to the office revision, this then gives the hours for input to the IWT for the subcode headings g54 etc

As for me I have been working for rm since 2006 and also assisted the planner for our office revision so do know what I am on about, 318s do still exist

What kind of revision is it,depending on that changing start times is part of the revison and what kind of walks they get.
