oh no, there goes the bonus
had to laugh, for the past six months we have had all sorts of management types in our office doing our revision....which was due to go live this coming monday, But would you believe it, it was rejected by the powers that be. (something to do with not enough hours saved) So that means no bonus and no flipping end to lapsing for us for a while.....just think of all that money wasted with all the extra management in our office!!!!

For what its worth we've done our revision and yet still haven't got our 'Bonus'..... We've just been told our Proposed Revision has been delayed yet again. Reason: Not enough hours have been taken out of the office = not enough savings. 
Just goes to show (if you needed convincing) that these Revisions have got nothing to do with introducing modern deliver methods or improving the H&S standards of the workforce.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I'll have a chat with our Rep about it and see if he can pass it on up the line. I believe we'll probably have to have a workforce meeting to see what the general consensus is. To be honest I'm not even sure if the majority would go for it. If not it's not going to be worth pushing it! I think a lot of them are just happy to stick with what they know as they're afraid of coming out of their "Comfort Zone". One problem is the high number of PTers on Delivery only who never even make a WTL session, so they're unable to make a point. I feel they're more likely to want to accept the Revision, simply because of their crappy T & Cs.
Any meeting is obviously going to have to include them.
