All changes across the board of any nature have been stopped in our office, and I believe across the whole TN area. There will be no revision activity, no changes of any kind to any duty and certainly no bonus payments. The reason we are given for this is always "a dispute at Ashford office where they have achieved all changes necessary to trigger the bonus payments but RM are refusing to make the payments whilst giving no reason"

Anyone on here that KNOWS what the truth behind this story is ?

that's just a load of bull**** peddled out to the gullible saps at office level to try to make us make savings and not claim docket. RM is as profitable as ever, just think how much they're making each week from doubling the d2d workload and paying us F all. That's on top of all the savings and lapsed duties, reduced road runs, AG duties, merging of workshops and other depts, etc. etc.. DON'T BUY IN TO PROPAGANDA.

Aye to that, Ive 5 sets next week so RML are getting extra dosh from that and weve been short staffed for a while with two duties absorbed every day thus saving on wages.

Our manager quite often trots out the old RM are hard done to speil in WTLL.. The way he carries on you'd think he owned the company!

Obviously still far too much management in the company draining the profits away.
