is this a case of royal mail ying yang?? im using a trolley whilst others aint and obviously it takes me longer to complete my duty as apposed to a guy using a bag and cutting corners walking through gardens etc, suppose im a bit like the guy from geo-route, i go in and out of each call as my employer has asked me. however my manager seems to think im swinging the lead because im claiming excess every week as a result of doing my job properly, plus i take my break where as the last guy didnt.... the problem is the manager is starting to focus a lot of attention on me because of this, and pro management union rep wont offer me proper protection.... what do you guys suggest i do.....
ps. i dont give handbacks either, i just claim the ot at the end of the week

The pressure from your manager will only go to a certain point . If you are confident in your ability in getting the job done right invite him out with you to see if he can pinpoint where you are going wrong , he'll probably have a panic attack and after that you won't hear from him for months .
