after a year and a half of failed revisions ,planner after planner and no decent duties my office and i refused to sign off are revision.
yet we are currently in phase 1 of a 2 stage implementation of the duties in are office ,even tho no local rep has signed it off ,either royal mail has brought it in by executive action or worse still as i believe ,my area and divisional union rep have gone against me and signed it off over my head.
i will continue fighting for my office for now but with royal mail breaking every agreement in the 2010 document and the cwu not doing anything about it ,and worse going against there own local reps i see no option but to quit as i have no confidence in either party anymore.

Don't resign...it will only make the job of screwing your office over easier for management.
How can they expect to move forward with a revision against the will of the members?
With no goodwill and no engagement their revision will be a disaster,their jobs will be on the line
and IF your area and divisional rep are involved i would imagine they will be finished as far as your office is concerned..and elsewhere if word gets out.
Your biggest job now is to organise and protect your members from the shitstorm that always comes from unagreed revisions....you are needed by your members more than ever....f**k the rest of them.

the first 6 duties came in last week some were close but most were over by nearly an hour ,keeping in mind they went out at there present start time not the time set in revision some 1 and a half hours later ,nobody took breaks the van drivers were working from the passenger seat and nobody did van checks first.
all duties were terrible in the sequencing one was described as unworkable by manager and he had to re sequence hole thing ,
needed help to finish every day.
even the walk sequenced mail apart from mondays was crap
area rep spoke to me once all week get the idea we have been deserted because we stood are ground.
