Post revision ,I'm paid 7hrs 48 mins plus meal relief. Couldn't give a s**t how much IPS I do or how much they build in for D2D ,packets ,looping ,lapsing; 7hrs 48 That's what they pay for, that's what they get.

What are you exactly doing in that 2hr time slot? our lapsing only takes around 20 mins max!

prepping mail on walks and then break 40 mins 930 to 1010 then pick up delivery at 1015 out about 1045

We have management putting D2Ds together,A couple of nights put in a week,People coming back to do sorting on overtime.Thats progress!!!
