Who to approach for alternative job due to injury

Been confirmed by ATOS that redeployment is necessary due to injury. Dom says he is looking out for suitable employment elsewhere. This was 2 months ago and heard nothing. Am continuing with my present job on deliveries but pain is causing me great difficulty. Are there any other routes I should be using to secure a different position within the company like HR.

what did attos say that you could do? if they said you should not be out on around then he should give you inside duty like the front desk but there is no way should be doing some thing that is hurting you phone atos say rhat he has done nothing allso talk to you rep he should be able to help you

Not on light duties, ATOS have said I should be doing half a walk. Not informed union rep as I thought I would have been re-deployed by now. So should my first course of action be informing my rep? Would contacting HR be of any benefit to me.

Technically that is I suppose light duties but if your condition is not improving or is getting worse then ask the DOM for an ATOS referral.

Yes - I would have informed him first and asked him to attend the meeting with the manager.

None unless you are checking up on regulations etc. HR are there for Pay, records etc, they have no input beyond that on Operational matters.

Thanks TBT, I'll get round to informing my rep tomorrow, at least if I go on half a walk it will help with the pain being able to slow down a bit and adapting my walking technique.
