Hey Moya - Are you reading this ....
Hi Moya - hope you find a couple of minutes in your busy schedule to read this post. It's simple and straight forward. Unless you get some decent management this Company is "going down the pan"!
You have willing and hard working Postman that are guided by complete idiots. Get a grip !
We are completing "absorbtion" by leaving live in our frames. We are taking out parcels by leaving live mail in our frames or in Yorks. Do you not understand that we need more staff ?? Are your sub-standard managers telling you the truth ?
Do something !!!!

Sorry mate, but people like Green don't give two flying fecks. CEOs are all the same, there's no good one's, one's that will listen to hard-working people like yourself, Hell no. CEOs are the least productive, but highest paid people in any business, and I'm fecked if I know why that should be, but while that remains the case, the carcass of a once-proud postal service can rot away.baleout wrote:Hi Moya - hope you find a couple of minutes in your busy schedule to read this post. Re: Hey Moya - Are you reading this ....
They sort mail from two bundles as they are walking ???? That goes against everything we have been taught to do.
3.5 lb over a four hour walk is not low.the weight of the mail being carried on the hand/arm is low. The average weight of the two bundles is 3.5 lbs
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

moya does not care about anything except, money, bonuses and more money.. Them at the top don't care about people, or the welfare of human beings, posties who have to enjure the torture of this impossible workload of the 2010 agreement.. Those at the top portray in the courier magazine, that posties are doing a great job and praise them,,,,,,,, they don't for one minute mean a single word of it,, it makes them look good,, like they care and are grateful for delivery staffs' efforts... they are lying,, it's a front so they look like they care, believe me they don't give a dame... first the courier is a total lie, portraying that there are a few problems here and there when everyone knows the whole country has been let down by management, people of this nation, let down by, not modernization, but cost cutting, expecting a postie to do unachieveable workloads. That's why its failing, cost cutting and running the business into the ground.. so please don't patronize posties moya,, remember you folks at the top, your just human like the rest of us.........

The courier is the modern day equivalent to Hitlers Propaganda Posters for the Jewish Camps!pants123 wrote:moya does not care about anything except, money, bonuses and more money.. I am unaware of anything,if you we're too strong somewhere then that may be it.
Very rare we delete anything i can assure you.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
