our DOM today got on about drive and loop (ffs).
anyway i was angling for a walking duty thus avoiding driving and all the draw backs.
he informed me that if you have a full uk licence you will be driving end of.
is this the case or would i have a choice?

my point is that should i have an accident it could lead to a disiplinary and possibly my own car insurance going up. where as walking is just walking, what could possibly go wrong.

They can't make you drive........you may need a feasible excuse but be inventive, or just say No.

If you haven't been assessed then you have a chance as you are not considered an existing driver.
If you have been assessed and you refuse to drive you could find yourself farmed out to another D.O. if there are no non-driving duties for you in your own D.O.
