International and HWDC

Post by de-coded »

So whats the likely date for us to receive a package that was sent from Australia on the 18th July 2007, it was sent using their equivilant of International Signed for delivery.

I have tried the wonderful Customer Service Line, of course they were not interested or concerned. Didn't even tell me there was a strike on.

Whats the backlog like at HWDC.

Cheers

What, you mean you didn't just get a recorded message, telling you

'Your package will be coming in when we want to introduce it to you, and although we are willing to meet you to explain our position, there can be no negotiation on either the timing or whether or not this is acceptable to you' ???

Funny, I thought that was how Leighton is trying to run Royal Mail these days :no no
