What are these idiots thinking??????

We are due to be making our major changes at the end of Feb,All shared van duties.

They have planned full timers work 7am - 3pm.

All part timers finish at 3pm too,So i myself shall be starting at 9am and finishing 3pm.

All walks will be 4 hour 15 mins long.

So lets see..............30 mins meal relief,10 mins van check (As ordered by boss hog) 10 mins travelling to duty/return office,4 hour 15 min delivery,This leaves me 55 mins to prep and load my mail/packets on the van.

Its a 3 hour 30 min delivery at the moment with alot of businesses on,It takes me 2 hours 30 mins on average to get out of the office now.

What the hell are they thinking??

I know what im thinking,Work for 6 hours for Royal mail,If the delivery aint completed then tough,They ballsed it up,They can deal with it,What a total piss take!!

So.....on a full time contract you will be expected to get a 6 hour delivery ready to go in approx 1 hour

the van sharing in our office when it comes in is mainly town duties . rurals are still 1 in a van as now.hct used also within 1 mile radius. no electric hct at all to expensive we are told.where all van etc. will be kept don't know.
