No liberalisation was the fault of the EU.

DSA is a direct result of Liberalisation but the correct people to blame for DSA is Postcom/Government who came up with "Access Headroom" - this is what allowed the leeches to start feeding off the juicer parts of RM.

we go to court everytime. it costs millions. and we alwasy bend over to them with pleasure. were prob the only country that follows the book, i cant imagine france or italy allowing this.
