Does anyone know what the payments are for Bank Holiday Working? Option A ??? per hour plus a day in lieu.
Option B ??? per hour
The line manager can't/won't tell us the pay rates and all I can find is the way forward agreement which says either £11.73 per hour or £7.04 per hour plus a day in lieu,
obviously as this was back in 2000 rates must have increased since then?

Re: Bank Holiday Payment
I don't know what current rates are, but I don't think they have gone up that much since the Way Forward.
I think it would be a little over £8 ph + day in lieu, or a bit over £12ph if you take option B.
