The two-bundle delivery method as implemented by Moya Greene in Canada. You couldn't make this stuff up. Is this what they have in mind for us too?

It's the recommended method in Canada. Postal workers (called Letter Carriers there) aren't allowed to merge the two bundles. It's to save time in the office. They prep their flats, packets etc, then take this out with the sequenced mail. After they've gone out a second wave of postal workers take over the office. It is creating chaos in Winnipeg in the same way that Park & Loop is creating chaos here. Ive tried this once before and the bundle fell into to a big creamy dog s**t.

All it takes is for a gust of wind to blow those letters out from your arm and its toast.

Absolutely brilliant.

given that I have very limited grip following operations on both my hands, this method really wouldn't work for me. Let's see how long it takes before they try to enforce it here.
