If Royal Mail have lot of poor revision and many problems in offices with those changes. Why don't someone stop them and look at the plans and revision to see why it doesn't work to make sure the others office due to changes don't fail.

30,000 new delivery trolleys
As our postmen and women now have to deliver more parcels and fewer letters, we’re equipping them with new high capacity and lightweight trolleys to take the weight off their shoulders. This allows them to carry more letters and parcels whilst keeping them secure and in good condition. Also, the extra capacity removes the need to return to the office to pick up more deliveries.

i think you posted this as a joke because your having a laugh, seriously the revision that have been done are a total disaster and everyone knows it,, post people being forced, bullied to work way beyond their time to complete, i call on you to try and do one of these deliverys in one off these offices. many staff are being forced to work thier breaks.. what management are doing must be illegal. and the union are a joke, absolutely no support towards posties what so ever.. you tell them and they just say also just get on with it..

Improved service....dont make me laugh, so many offices are struggling and mail is being brought back on a regular basis, these revisions are not working so when will RM realise this and address the problem???
