Clawback Confusion.

Its about time UCW made a statement on this. Posties are getting ripped off and some Reps are waste of space. We get in to work on severe weather days and then get shafted for the effort.

Their are some reps that don't give a monkeys and agree with whatever the dom says go's. Puppets on a string come to mind with the reps getting told what to do and what to say before any team brief on the shop floor.

The union are getting weaker and weaker every year, not sure why this is? maybe they know in the near future when royal mail does get privatised there is no point in having a union.

Had this last year had a run-in with the dom so i took it to hq and i have it in writing there is no clawback agreement, Do what i did get it to hq and quick.
