Additional payment on payslip
So on my payslip today I got the usual 3 payments of "Basic Pay", "Delivery Supplement" and Weekly Overtime". But I have a fourth payment (quite a big one too!) called "Business Transitional LS". I don't have a clue what this means or what it is. Does anybody here have any idea?

It is £120.
I've been at RM since June so it might be some pro-rata revision payment. I know nothing about this stuff.

I've solved it on the phone!
It concerns area stuff and things I don't actually understand but I verbally nodded in agreement.
I am just pleased that I haven't been paid something by mistake. It is MY £120!!!!! woo!
Oh, and the LS stands for lump sum.

I think its your share of a £200 Lump sum for the BT2010 deal - if so I am guesing your on about 24 or 25 hours a week contract.deekin wrote:I've solved it on the phone!

well i was once told of some one geting a lump sum for a revision being put in place but dont believe it it must be a lie are you sure that your not a manger

Hi I've got the same thing on mine I worked 42 hours last week (in on a 25 hour contract) I got paid 9.5 hours overtime have I been underpaid on my overtime then? Or do you think that's what this btls is for the hours that havnt been put on overtime?
