What if any plans are in place for your D.O this year?

Ive heard that my D.O will not be getting a hour pre scheduled O/T in the mornings, I belive RML want to avoid O/T as much as possible to the extent where DOMS have been told Xmas at no cost, thats fine from the 13th Dec as there is no body on leave from then for 2 weeks thus giving us more staff. The 1st week in Dec we will probably just scrape in, but the 2nd one Im not so sure on.

You mean there are 'plans' in a DO?

Apparently if your office has had a revision recently then there will be no Xmas arrangements

We go live tomorrow.
I think the DOM has spent this years Christmas arrangements next week.
We have nightshifts,everybody is starting early on O/T and all the P/T staff are in on their day off.
When i left him on Saturday he was talking to himself about Dundee and cutting off.
Christmas might be cancelled.

We got offered 22 hours SA but i think that had to include absorbtion so our rep is checking it out and he has not got back to us yet

We got told in a huddle last week, we are getting the same as last year 18hrs at SA rate though this was not said starting from 6 Dec

The ADR later in the week said we got 20hrs last year so we are having a meeting with ADR/management tomorrow.
should be a bundle of laughs t/morrow what with the revision meeting as well, it will be a wonder we actually get out on del

We got told 0 block attendance for xmas this year. Can't say I blame management when the car users /early starters/no break/shortcut cowboys are making three hours on busy days

Nope ,our area has banned private cars on delivery but Doms still turn a blind eye to meet their budgets. Yet more RM talking the talk

Next week! That's early aint it,well a lot earlier than my place anyway.
We get extra ish only for the 2 weeks xmas pressure,but to be fair it is the beginning of dec that we need it.
Last year,cause it was so bad the DOM wanted to use the xmas pressure hrs early to clear our backlog,we told him to f**k off!
