Call Rates
Can the call rate be changed? I was speaking to the planner and i dont agree in the call rate of 81%. I believe it is quite higher

think yourself lucky.ours has been set at 75%.

I think ours was worked out at 84%, still not high enough for most days.

The call rate can be changed to whatever figure produces the required number of duties to match the budget cuts

as low as 50% and up to 66%, they just put in whatever figures that will get them the answer they want.I'm preparing myself for the zombie invasion, rule number 1 - Cardio

Conduct your own call rate analysis over a week or two for your walk, noting down each delivery point thta gets no mail on any given day. You then have something "concrete" to show their estimates are way off the mark!
