call rates

Post by mufc »

our rep has been arguing for weeks about the office call rates. planner says call rates should be 83% rep says should be more like 93% .
rep has seen an email from cluster manager to dom agreeing that rates should be 90% plus but email stated " dont show unit rep"

now after much delibereation with area rep and cluster manager etc rep has signed off stage 2 ,he states that he can sign it off but it dosent mean he agrees with it.

to me the call rates are key and if they are not correct the revision will be doomed to fail (it is anyway) . Royal mail know the call rate is to low but are hell bent on bringing revision in regardless .seems to me that a call rate of 83% fits their budget savings rather than being what they should be the best interest of the office

basically executive action again !!!! while the rep has been on stage 2 planner has moved onto stage 5

stiched !!!!

Dont worry its happening all over, local reps know but those above will do nothing about it, the union has deserted the local reps.

Call rates are made up, pure and simple to get what they want - accept them and cut off when you're new duties start
CUT OFF!!!
