First Line Fix
Is the "First Line Fix" money still available to offices and if it is, how would you find out if that money had been allocated to your office?

Yes - gone! We are having to make a song and dance for just a few hundred quid for essentials for the revision.............. they're saving up for the managers redundancy money apparently.gb93 wrote:Was told first line fix had ceased.

The first line fix is stil alive, the FLF is not Allocated to a unit now, staff have to make a request and submit it that is then prioritised with other requests
An Example would be that a shift decides what is required and puts forward that request then it is channelled through the shift manager to submit To the relevent department
