It's hard to say with any certainty. I'd generally say it goes like this:
Friday
Wednesday
Thursday
Saturday
Monday
Tuesday
But Monday tends to be much lighter than Tuesday for packets. On Tuesdays I do tend to have a full packet bag to go with my fifteen bundles of mail (at most).

Seems there are definite differences! Might be due to geographical location, pre or post revision. Would have thought it would be pretty uniform around the country but just goes to show.

10 out of 13 agree Tuesday ,Mon Sat
and heaviest Thu, Fri, Wed.

Thurs (50-65mins o/t)
Weds (30-45mins o/t)
Tues (15mins o/t)
Sat (1 hour o/t, mainly due to being allowed to do more indoor frame prep than anything, not that heavy to deliver)
Mon (no o/t)
Above now presumes that "double prep standards" have been implemented, so all I need to do is order my ~10 recorded and 6+ specials, before tieing-up. Arrive for work at 0945, having lost 90 minutes of prep overtime per day in the last few weeks.
