Revision Bonus

The £200 non walk sequenced revision,bonus.

When this revision is introduced to your office,what are the criteria for getting the bonus or juding how successfulll or not it is ?

Been introduced to our office and a shambles so far,so cannot see us getting the bonus ,yet we are working substantialy harder
now than ever before !

On paper lots of hours have been saved from main budget,trouble is most off office are cutting off daily,Saturday loads of mail brought back,all mangers doing walks daily etc.

Rounds simply cannot be covered not even on O/t .

So it looks like we have done our part,but again RM have failed to plan the revision corectly,so we loose we out ?

Nope if you have had a non sequenceing revision then you get the £200 - at least that the way I read the agreement:

Lump Sums
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.

There are no ifs,buts or hoops to jump through as far as I can see - so unless RM and CWU HQ have a more detailed copy of the agreement that they have not released - you should be paid the £200.

Deployment of the revision means AFAIK, when the walks/duties have all been assigned/filled.

I know of one manager who tried to rewrite the £600 deployment bonus as deployment meaning after an unspecified "bedding in period".
He was told to f**k off...the payment will be made the week the revision "goes live"...or it will go nowhere.

Deployment of the revision means AFAIK, when the walks/duties have all been assigned/filled.

The charlies at our DO have agreed to a "rolling" start, A 4 week trial, then a resign once any "problems" have been sorted!

So it looks like we'll be stuck with this 4 week trial dragging on until after Christmas as they wont do a resign over Christmas Pressure!

i just smiled and hoped he would start dicking about
sadly theres already rumblings from the turkeys of "lets just vote it in and get the money for xmas"
they havent even seen the proposed duties or anything
thats the logic you are up against
our DO would be getting the £1K as we have vans and sequencing already
