Fraud

Just noticed over a period of time that a dead persons name is being used for credit etc by a new person living in the dead persons house! The dead persons name is even being used in their old address, which sort of confirms to me that there is someting fishy going on! Ive endorsed a few items but im sure that other couriers have been delivering items to them etc!
What can be done on this situation etc?

Not sure what you could do really because of the OSA. I doubt your DOM would be interested, they never are. Perhaps if you ever go to the library you could look at the Electoral Register and see what names are on it and then go from there.

i wouldnt bother with your dom i would inform the police and let them know whats been happening.

I think you should inform the dom as from time to time the old bill will contact the office inquiring about certain bogus addresses. :hmmmm
