way forward again

I would like to thank people for their help so far on this subject (way forward)
I took your advice and spoke to my union rep today,he has point blank told me I can not opt my round out of a resign, as I am not on a 40 hour permanent contract. I argued that there is nothing in the way forward documents saying you have to be permanent, it only states that you can withdraw an assigned round. The round is assigned to myself. As mentioned in previous topic I am temp 40 hrs and have been for 28 months previous 8 months permanent 30 hrs,so it would revert back to perm 30.
Any further advice would be very much appreciated

I gave you the number of your Regional resourcing manager,have you spoken to him yet?
