Full timer, Yes I can complete most days within my time - 48 = 41%
Full time, No, I regularly am unable to complete my duty - 32 = 27%
Part Timer, Yes I can complete most days within my time - 14 = 12%
Part Timer, Are you having a laugh mate? The only way I complete is with o/t every day - 23 = 20%

I meant to do this last week, but here are the results from the recent poll.
The most obvious point is that a whopping 47% of staff are regularly unable to complete their duties within their time. Almost half of us (admittedly it is a very small number taking part in the poll and I do not presume that this is the case all over the country) have trouble completing.
Of the part timers, it is clear that the majority of part timers have trouble completing.(2/3rds of the those answering this poll, 20% of votes cast)
The most surprising result is that 27% of full timers also cannot complete. While 41% of f/t can, it is worrying that so many cannot, especially as it is full time duties which are being replaced and lost. How can these duties which cannot be completed by a full time member of staff working an average of 8 hours a day, be absorbed into an office?

While this poll may not be representative of every office, and on this forum we are a little bit more 'annoyed' so I wouldn't expect everyone to say that everything is peachy, but it is a bit surprising.

It Don't surprise me,my office is even worse for PT's completing. Still the good little soldiers who come in early, take their cars,miss their meal relief,step packets, get bags under bushes, and the rest of the stuff get finished in good time
