Yep, ours is still going strong.
Massive failure today, 2nd time this week and we've still got 2 days to go.
Still, all this money they're saving will help with the o/t bill.

Ours is going strong too,mostly at the start of the week. Manager had to do his share last week,and ours,after his begging and bribery fell on deaf ears. I was in my garden when he delivered my post,i did shout "late today postie" to him in a jovial manner,but he mustn't have heard me because he didn't reply!

Ours stopped Tuesday, unpredictability of the traffic volumes means we lapse one day and can't the next so continuity is affected......so no more lapsing.....so we win

Phase 3 is ALL YEAR ROUND is for absence or reduced workload and to be done where time permits.

Phase 2 is summer lapsing and there should be extra A/L slots for those weeks

Also the 2007 agreement says Utilise ALL paid work hours.

I started in june with a 6 hour a week contract. ive worked every for the last 8 weeks

Our DOM has decided to laps Mondays and Tuesdays only on the proviso that we complete our duties the rest of the week. Don't do me any favours, i will only work my hours,which suits me just fine. Monday and Tuesday failed anyway

Been about two years now at our place,can't see an end to it as half of office come in early, worst case is couple of lads who are in over an hour early every day, throw their walks in then go on ips for free 30 mins before time then guess what, bitch like feck about having to lapse !!

We do lapsing every day. Even the stand in DIM last week said he would like to cancel lapsing due to the massive volume of mail coming in but he couldn't because there were no staff spare to cover it?

Stopped Absorb this week due to the heavy traffic previous two weeks and cuts offs. Next week traffic will de down ... When i told them that nexts weeks D2D figure had risen by 30000 more items over the last two weeks figures so how can u tell me traffic is down. Couldnt answer that one.
