DOM has requested everyone who is working under ATOS advice to be re-referred because he does'nt understand 'medical talk' and wants everything in plain English.(so perhaps they've not all got a degree in medicine ) So today LM re-referred 7 of us. No doubt the DOM is going to continue re-referring everyone until the reports say what he wants them to say.
I'd just like to add that DOM's do not have to take any notice of ATOS reports, its just for advice and the sentence 'operational reasons' seems to overide any medical opinion.

They are doing this in my office as well as the fact that more than half of the indoor staff are able bodied and they want them to go out doing Park and Loopy when it kicks in next month.
