Commsave Question

Post by Theghost »

I have a loan with commsave,Absolutely fantastic credit union might i add.

Anyway,I have a ccj on record (single lad,sod paying the loan, etc etc,now its sat there biting my bum) ,Anyway their policy is anyone with a ccj has to pay back the loan within 12 months (Even though i am 15 years in with Royal mail  )

I had a part time job to suppliment my wages,Now the firm i worked for has closed down i am £55 per week out of pocket,I pay back commsave £60 per week out of my wages,The other half is on half pay as she is on maternity leave until feb next year,So money was pretty tight anyway,Even more so now.

Would it be worth contacting them and asking them to reduce the payments until Feb next year? I dont know if they would as 12 months is the rule,Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation with them?

Thanks in advance guys.
