Amazon using DSA again!

Noticed a few of these recently They seem to be coming from their Scottish warehouse.

The majority of Amazon packets are still RM though but this is a bit worrying.

Maybe they like getting 40% less revenue per item.

Seen the same, with various couriers doorstepping packets. There used to be a time, I'd let the customer know there was a packet by the gate, the bins etc, or even take it up 4 flights of stairs to make sure they got it ok. Not now though. Almost every vestige of customer service has been drained from me and I only go to work to earn my wage.

managers say dsa is first class, we know its revenue theft, and postmen hate it.
it was great before the introduction of this cancer, no wonder in our office no full time contracts since 2006.
No other company would put up, with this command.
dsa is s**t, along with the management secret bonus culture.

I remember when Amazon decided to use our wonderful "competitor" TNT to handle and deliver their 2nd class packets a couple of years back.

Only lasted lasted a few months mind you,what with their drivers leaving packets on the stairs in tenements and outside the front doors of houses situated on the main road.
