I Think managers are told get rid of the old school for the slightest thing and send them packing, I'm sure they get extra bonus for everyone they chalk off the board. they have chalked up 60 years service in my office since January over silly things. Some managers has not got the heart to do it, ours is ok at the moment, you seem to have proper pratt.

Plenty sackings and suspensions up here in Scotland,all the other stuff,proper uniform etc is turned a blind eye to unless your one on the secret list for sacking or suspension!
I'm sure im on that list, so of course got to do the job properly!I'm just glad theres a strong union in the workplace backing me up!

It used to be very strict a few years back but other than helmets and wearing hi-vis in the yard its quite slack now. As long as you turn up in a reasonable condition and complete your delivery thats all thats worried about.

When I last saw one of your Preston managers out on delivery he was wearing a casual pair of three quarter pants, his own trainers and no hi-vis so I dont think the preston managers have the right to say ought about uniform.
