car users fight back!!

dom in my office says not bothered if we start 2hrs early and finish 2 hrs early.i have childcare issues so this suits me.i also use my car to get the job done quicker and go at a good pace to get home early.my dom or manager has no interest in what time i finish,we only lapse mon and tues when mail is light.so why not take advantage of this? i could take my break,go out in the van,walk slower ect...but for what? but mention it on ere and you get pounced on! whats up with everyone? it works ok in our office and i dont make the rules up so dont have a go at the car users.lapsing is here because of 1-loss of revenue through dsa and 2-slight drop in mail volumnes,3-hours saved on indoor work,not because people come in early and use their cars
