Ever wondered why your DOM, questions your overtime, never makes personel start on time, hasnt made all staff throw off D2D like it says on the sheet you were given?? Simple HIS BONUS £5000. plus Work fe.nowt it makes sense........

£5 or five grand i couldn't give a monkeys what those bullys make!

Its called a "performance bonus" and if they can clear the office, get as many duties lapsed with out handing out over time, then they have hit the jackpot!
