Curious to know how missorts are done in other offices. In my office they arrive about 9.00 - 9.15, and no one is let out until every last letter (and i mean EVERY letter) is correctly directed to the appropriate person or place. This can take up to 45 mins some days, but we may only get a couple of missorts each.

Missorts usually arrive on the "last van" around 9.00 - 9.15, and we are usually out the door between 9.20 - 9.30

Depends what manager we have, some let us out early but must come back to get missorts 
other managers let us out early and f#ck the missorts

Our miss-sort run gets in around 8:45. Only when these are sorted are we allowed to collect our Specials.
So you can imagine the scene - and endless queue of impatient posties forms in front of the cage and we slowly feel our will to live being drained from us as the PHG's faff about dishing the bastard things out. 20 minutes wasted if you're at the back of the queue.
How RM can imagine that this is a productive use of our time escapes me but then I'm just a foot soldier, what would I know?

We don't have a missort run... we're lucky we even get the mail! lol
