Stage 3 grievance

Post by postghost »

Anyone here ever been to this stage??

Apparently you have to send the details of the stage 1 & 2 to the manager who was dealing with the stage 2 and THEN he would send them of to Rugby.... :hmmmm

Any advice welcome

Ask Stormproof, she's survived several stage 3's so she'll have all the information you need.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Whoops - I should've really read that it's grievence and not sickness (I blame it on too much alcohol and too little sleep last night).

should be able to copy each manager's reply/decision and add any missed info/points for the next stage.

are you allowed to say what the grievance is? (in a third person sense)

remember, you can take RM/your boss to an employment tribunal - but you need to get the application in within certain timescales (usually 3 months)
