It should be both this week - D2D (variable) was always paid a week in arrears while assigned allowances are paid current week.

So you get last week's D2D money and this weeks supplement at the same time.

No next pay negotiations will be, all S.As will be moved into workload, for an extra £5 a week, pro rata of course whether you do them or not.
