get the media involved

does anyone haa problem with the way they are being treated in royal mail by management, this can be anything

and we can then all ask different media groups to have a look at this poll therefore maybe raising the issues on their tv shows, radio shows, newspaper columns etc etc...

here are some ideas to get u started

1. managers intimidating u to work overtime, through letters and verbal abuse etc.
2. treating certain staff different to others
3. adding work to ur workload wen u r already under pressure
4. getting on ur back when u cant keep up with guys using their cars bcos u have to use public transport
5. asking u to be flexible every other day
6. accusing u of under performing when u struggle to complete

this list is endless and i know i will even b shocked at sum of ur stories so bring them on.... Royal Mail has become a disgraceful organisation and its time the lid was blown on them and the world knows about it.

the idea of this poll is that as many people as possible ask media in their areas to look at this poll so they can help get the pressure of this company of its hard working staffs back

Mate I know where your coming from and I understand your frustration but remember we were totally wiped out by a very professional media hate campaign by RM during the last strikes.

We are now lacking any real public support as mostly we are reported as being work shy strikers and common thieves. Things will swing around in our favour but right now we are not in a strong enough position to be sure of any real public support.

As far as the public think we went on strike for more money and got a pay rise when other industries are suffering.
not true! on some many levels since working conditions were at he core of the dispute and
many will take a pay cut under the new agreement which is widely regarded as a sellout by members.


The government are always looking to soften up public opinion
so they issue periodic statements in order to affect the public consciousness.
In isolation they appear random but are rarely so.
David Cameron this week said we (Britain) should take a lesson from Canada on how they had managed to cut their budget deficit.
that message could have been aimed specifically at us as he has hired the Canadian who slashed and reduced Canada's mail
carrier.
